«Kolomensky» Bakery and Confectionery Holding plans to open its own factory for the production of frozen semi-finished ready-to-eat food, «Vedomosti» reports, citing company CEO Dmitry Kozlov.
By the end of August 2025, the company will finalize the concept and specifications of the future project. Possible locations for the new production facility include «Kolomensky's» existing factories in Podolsk (Moscow region) and in the Tver region. The site is expected to produce ready-to-eat breakfasts, as well as first and second courses.
Additionally, according to Kozlov, the company does not rule out acquiring an existing facility with the necessary infrastructure.
