Magnit is acquiring a controlling stake in “Gorodskoy Supermarket,” the company managing the “Azbuka Vkusa” retail chain!
The deal will be executed through the subsidiary company “Tander” and will be completed after approval by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS).

- The transaction includes stores in Moscow and St. Petersburg, five factory-kitchens, and three distribution centers.
- Azbuka Vkusa’s revenue in 2024 amounts to 101.2 billion rubles (+17.3%), with net profit growing 4.5 times to reach 3.6 billion rubles.
- The estimated value of the controlling stake is 35–40 billion rubles.
