According to a study by "OnIn" and the "Kuper" service, 64% of Russians regularly use loyalty programs, most often in supermarkets (84%). This allows them to receive bonuses and cashback on almost every purchase—especially when it comes to groceries and ready-to-eat food.
📉 The average monthly savings from bonuses across the country is 1,144 rubles.
At the same time, 75% of survey participants note that they receive the greatest benefits specifically when buying groceries and ready-made meals.
💡 Loyalty programs are particularly popular among young people (aged 18–44) and in large cities—Moscow and Yekaterinburg (up to 69%).
Most Russians prefer to accumulate points and spend them on their favorite ready-made food and restaurant dishes. At the same time, 77% of users are satisfied with existing loyalty programs, and among young people, the satisfaction level reaches 87%.
